Delivery

Orders are delivered by PostNL. After ordering you will receive a Track & Trace number with which the order can be followed. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are as follows:

1 – 3 pair of foot masks = €4.49
4 or more pair of foot masks = free delivery

The order will be delivered from Tuesday to Saturday. If you order before 4 p.m. on Monday to Friday, you will receive it the next day (depending on PostNL service). It doesn’t have to be signed and it fits through the letterbox.

Payment

Our payments are made through the Mollie. payment system. Mollie is one of the largest and safest online payment services in the Netherlands. All transactions are free of charge (excluding credit cards) and Dutch customers can choose from the following 5 payment options: iDEAL, Klarna Pay Later, Credit Card, S€PA Bank Transfers or Apple Pay.

iDEAL is the most widely used payment option in the Netherlands. Every well-known bank in the Netherlands is connected to the iDEAL-system and you can therefore make the payment safe and easy. After placing the order you will be sent to your own bank where the payment order is ready for you. Then follow your bank’s instructions to make the payment. The amount is debited directly from the bank account and we are immediately informed that the order has been paid.

Klarna Pay Later is an increasingly popular payment option in the Netherlands. How does it work? After you place an order and you choose Klarna, you will be redirected to Klarna. Here you need to create an account to verify yourself for the post-payment. After this, you will receive a payment request from Klarna via e-mail. The payment continues between you and Klarna. You will have 14 days to make the payment to Klarna. The good thing is; this does not affect your order; your order will simply be processed and sent after checking out. Note: Klarna Pay Later is a relative expensive payment method and therefore we share these costs with the customer. You pay €1.21 + 2.99% (incl. VAT) additional fee when you use Klarna Pay Later.

For anyone who has a Credit Card or an international Debit Card, you can pay through us with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express card. Please note that any additional charges depend on the issuer of your credit card. Credit card transactions are expensive and therefore we share the costs with the customer; €0.30 (incl. VAT) per transaction.

Apple Pay has been active in the Netherlands since 2019. So if you are an Apple user and have an account with ING, Rabobank, ABN Amro, bunq, Monese, N26, Revolut or Openbank Openbank then you can pay for our products through your Apple ID. S€PA stands for Single Euro Payments Area. This is a special designed payment method by the EU to simplify payments within Europe. With S€PA you transfer the money from your bank account to the receiving account and you control the payment yourself. When you opt for a S€PA Bank transfer, your order will be put “on hold” and you will receive an email immediately with the payment instructions. Once you have transferred and we have received the money, the order will be further processed and sent. Please note that the process of a bank transfer can sometimes take a few business days. As soon as the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
