Below is the policy on returns (= the return of ordered products).

The terms and conditions regarding selling and ordering the products can be found in the Terms and Conditons.

Please, do not return products without informing us. Incorrectly returned products are not our responsibility and cannot be refunded.

A 100% money refund only applies to the following conditions:

  1. Requesting and approving a return is done only via email at [email protected].
  2. In the Netherlands you have a legal 14 days cooling off period for a web shop purchase, however, with us you get a 30 days cooling off period and you can request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
  3. Return costs are at the buyer’s expense.
  4. The responsibility for the return is up to the delivery moment at the return address with the buyer.
  5. The products contain a hygiene product, which means that it is (legally) only eligible for a refund if the product has been unopened, undamaged and unused and must arrive at eeltsokken.nl. If this is not the case, the right to a refund will be voided.
  6. Whether a return meets the conditions and qualifies for a refund is decided by eeltsokken.nl. No further rights can be granted.
  7. Once the return is accepted, the amount will be refunded within a few business days using the same payment method used during the initial order. This cannot be changed.

Request a return? Follow these steps:

  1. 1. Contact us by sending an email to [email protected].
  2. Use as subject: Return request order number. The order number can be found in the mail of the initial order confirmation.
  3. Please mention in the email that you would like to return the ordered item and the reason for return. Please include your full name, order date and item in this email. Please write us in English.
  4. When the request is approved (within 3 business days), you will receive an email with the address to which the item can be sent. Please note that you are responsible for receiving it correctly by us. We are not liable for lost returns.
  5. The return is fully approved when we have received the item and complies according to the earlier mentioned conditions. After this, you can expect the amount on your original payment method within a couple of business days (depending on the payment method used).
  6. We will keep you informed by e-mail.
